Welcome to Impact Grant! We are excited to have you join our diverse community of professionals. Our goal is to cultivate a community of partners, mentors and scholars all dedicated to the advancement of academic and professional excellence in all ways and at all times.
MICRO-GRANT PROGRAM
Our micro-grant program provides a platform for donors to support specific grants focused on subject matters that they are passionate about. For every grant, participating scholars will compete in a writing competition using an essay prompt provided by Impact Grant and championed by donors. The competitive criteria used to evaluate participating scholars will be applied to each essay by a panel of Impact grant personnel, and each participating essay will be judged anonymously. This platform provides scholars an opportunity to showcase their abilities while competing for grant opportunities.
SCHOLARS
We are excited to partner with you on your journey through graduate school and beyond. We are eager for you to join our community as a scholar and then later as a contributing member of our mentorship community. To start, in addition to grants, Impact Grant will provide participating scholars with a host of resources, from formal to informal mentorship and networking, to writing seminars and panels with a diverse group of legal professionals. Our goal is to expose you to the vast opportunities that await you as you enter the legal field. Most importantly, you are not alone. If you are a first generation law student, first generation college graduate or are otherwise underrepresented in your field—we stand with you.
